Job Description

Nakhlah is seeking a dedicated Computer Lab Assistant to support our students and staff. In this role, you will provide technical assistance, install necessary upgrades including drivers and hardware, and ensure the proper maintenance of laboratory equipment and software. You will also be responsible for managing inventory of supplies and tracking reported technical issues.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and typing skills, as well as proficiency in operating and maintaining computer systems. Familiarity with technical terminology and preventative maintenance is essential, along with the ability to identify and communicate technical problems effectively.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree, but a Bachelor’s degree is the minimum requirement. Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role.
