Mindzeye Inc. is excited to announce an opening for a Calling Agent! We are looking for a motivated individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales. The ideal candidate will excel in customer engagement and demonstrate strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential clients
- Handle incoming inquiries promptly
- Promote our products and services effectively
- Keep detailed logs of calls and interactions
- Achieve assigned sales targets consistently
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of calling experience, excellent communication abilities, proven sales closure skills, and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
