Job Description
Mindwhiz is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Agent to join our on-site team in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The position requires handling inbound and outbound calls for U.S.-based clients, resolving inquiries promptly, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
- Qualifications: 1–2 years of experience in customer support or call centers, strong English communication skills, and proficiency with CRM tools.
