Job Description

We are seeking a Category Specialist for Beauty & Personal Care to develop assortment, pricing, and promotion strategies for cosmetics and personal care lines. The role requires analyzing market trends, optimizing SKU performance, and collaborating with suppliers and marketing to drive category growth and elevate the customer experience.

• Responsibilities: develop category plans, track sales and margins, conduct competitor analysis, manage product launches, and coordinate inventory and merchandising to improve shelf performance.
• Requirements: minimum 2 years in category management or merchandising, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, knowledge of beauty trends, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
