MaxRemind is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to manage inbound and outbound sales, qualify U.S. healthcare prospects, schedule demonstrations, build a scalable pipeline, maintain CRM updates, and coordinate with marketing. This full-time, on-site role is based in Rawalpindi and operates Monday–Friday, 5:00 PM–2:00 AM.

• Requirements: 2+ years in the U.S. healthcare industry; knowledge of EHR systems and medical billing; strong verbal and written communication; bachelor’s degree required (master’s preferred).
• Compensation & benefits: Rs50,00–70,00/month, competitive salary, growth opportunities, professional development, and provided dinner/tea.
