Job Description
Mars BPO is excited to announce an opening for enthusiastic and driven Customer Sales Representatives to support our Medicare campaign. This position requires delivering exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a commitment to putting customers first.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls related to Medicare sales.
- Clearly explain Medicare plans and benefits to clients.
- Assist customers in selecting the most suitable plans.
- Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Preferred experience in call centers or sales.
- Availability to work night shifts.
Salary: PKR 50,00 – 70,00 based on experience.
