Job Description
Logix Solutions is actively looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to join our valued client’s team. This position is specifically for the international and night shifts, located in Karachi.
Responsibilities: The successful candidate will manage customer inquiries through phone and email, deliver effective solutions, and ensure timely responses.
Requirements: Candidates must possess at least an intermediate level of education and demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
