Job Description
Liberty Books Pvt Ltd is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to lead multi‑channel retail and e‑commerce growth across assigned regions. The role requires driving sales strategies, analyzing customer and store data to optimize performance, implementing staff training, managing inventory forecasting and visual merchandising, and executing customer loyalty initiatives.
- Lead and motivate multi‑location teams; set targets and monitor KPIs.
- 3–5 years’ retail management or sales experience; strong analytical skills (forecasting, CRM, inventory).
- Proven leadership, training experience, and proficiency with retail software and e‑commerce platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing. Full‑time, on‑site role with 75% travel.
Compensation: Rs90,00–Rs100,00 per month.
