Job Description
KS HRBC (SMC-PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced Credentialing Manager to lead offshore credentialing operations in Pakistan. The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end U.S. provider credentialing and recredentialing, perform Primary Source Verification, and ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, Medicare/Medicaid and payer requirements. Responsibilities include managing CAQH, licenses, DEA registrations, board certifications, sanction screenings, and work-history verifications; supervising, training, and evaluating offshore staff; coordinating with U.S. clients and payers across time zones; and maintaining audit-ready documentation and reports.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- 4–6+ years U.S. healthcare credentialing experience
- Strong NCQA/CMS knowledge and excellent English communication
- Proven team-management skills
Full-time, in person (Pakistan). Compensation: Rs100,00–Rs300,00 per month.
