Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Billing and Recovery Officer who will manage our billing processes. This role involves ensuring accurate invoicing and effectively overseeing the recovery of outstanding payments from patients and insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit precise bills and claims.
• Follow up on overdue payments and address any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with patients and insurance providers to facilitate timely payments.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare billing regulations.
• Compile and present periodic billing and recovery reports.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with 2 years of experience in healthcare. Proficient knowledge of medical billing codes is essential.
