Job Description
Simcoe IT seeks a full-time, office-based Customer Service Representative for a US recruitment campaign in Faisalabad (near Misaqul Mall). Night shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 PM–3:00 AM. Salary PKR 30,00–50,00 plus $160 recurring commission per placement.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, excellent English, minimum 2 years experience on international/US campaigns; recruitment or staffing experience preferred.
- Responsibilities: source and screen candidates, manage full-cycle recruitment, maintain ATS, schedule interviews, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- In-person attendance required. Male candidates only. Please confirm you are comfortable with night shifts and fluent in English.
