Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service & Sales Supervisor to be the primary client contact and lead a team of 2–3 CS agents. You will manage multichannel support (live chat, phone, email), assist with escalations, and ensure accurate CRM documentation.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, chats, and emails; resolve orders, returns, and product inquiries
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to close cases
- Coach agents, monitor performance, and escalate unresolved issues
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 4 years in a similar role, fluent English, excellent written/verbal communication, strong computer skills, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering 5‑star customer service. Full-time, in-person. Pay up to Rs200,00/month.
