Job Description
Viper Group is seeking a proficient IT Support and Customer Service Engineer to manage daily tasks such as troubleshooting desktop, network, and office equipment. This position involves working at various customer sites and offices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical issues through phone, email, or chat.
- Maintain accurate customer records in our ticketing system.
- Travel to different locations as necessary.
- Preferred: Minimum of 1 year experience with strong English communication skills.
Work hours are from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday) and Saturday until 2:00 PM. Available Job Types: Full-time, Internship, or Fresher. This is an in-person role.
