Job Description
ASK Development is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our Chat Unit. In this role, you will play a crucial part in understanding customer needs and addressing their inquiries through online support platforms. Your responsibilities will include managing customer interactions via live chat, inbound calls, and email communication.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills; fluency in English is a must.
- Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of customer service experience.
- A strong team player who is adaptable to various shifts.
Location: DHA Phase 7
Job Type: 12-Month Contract
Pay: Rs40,00 – Rs45,00 per month
