Job Description
We are looking for a skilled HR Specialist to join our growing Software House, specifically supporting the Design and Marketing departments. The successful candidate will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary HR liaison for teams, manage the onboarding process and employee performance evaluations, handle payroll and benefits administration, and foster a supportive company environment.
Qualifications: A minimum of 1 year of HR experience, familiarity with the Software House industry, strong skills in payroll and attendance management, and exceptional communication abilities are required.

Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
