We are currently seeking enthusiastic English-speaking Customer Service Representatives for our office located in Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. This is a full-time position that requires a commitment to rotational day and night shifts for a minimum of one year.

Key responsibilities include managing inbound calls, coordinating bookings through various channels, and providing quotes and information via live chat and email. Ideal candidates should possess at least one year of call center experience, demonstrate excellent English communication skills, and exhibit a strong customer-focused approach.
