Job Description
ACE MARKETING is currently looking for friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-centric individuals to join our Call Centre as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel accommodations, address inquiries about our resorts, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Intermediate, O Level, or Bachelor’s Degree
