Job Description
Codup is seeking a dedicated Team Lead for our Finance Department. In this pivotal role, you will direct the accounting team to manage all financial operations, ensuring precision in reporting, compliance, and payroll processes. Key responsibilities include supervising daily activities, overseeing accounts payable and receivable, as well as maintaining financial statements and internal controls.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce, with a preference for professional certifications. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity, is essential. Strong leadership, analytical abilities, and proficiency in ERP systems are required for success.
