Job Description
J7 Emporium is seeking a dedicated Document Controller / Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and verifying subcontractor invoices, organizing project documentation, and supporting the Quantity Surveyor with daily responsibilities. Effective coordination with internal departments and external vendors is a key component of this position.
Required Skills: Candidates should possess proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office, along with excellent organizational abilities and strong multitasking skills. Exceptional communication and teamwork capabilities are also essential.
Preferred Qualifications: A Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying, along with 4-5 years of experience in Real Estate construction, is highly desirable.
A competitive salary of up to Rs60,00.00 per month is offered.
