Job Description
Aqua Coders is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to ensure exceptional service and prompt support. This vital role connects customer needs with production excellence, addressing inquiries regarding custom packaging solutions, order processes, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries through chat, email, and phone.
- Assist clients with quotes, design submissions, and order placements.
- Provide timely updates on production and shipping schedules.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer support, ideally within the print or packaging industry.
- Outstanding communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
