Job Description

Working Hours: 50 Hours Weekly (Rotational Shifts)
Location: Gulberg II, Lahore
Job Responsibilities
- Manage UK operations from our 24/7 control room in Lahore.
- Address client inquiries through phone calls, emails, and messaging platforms.
- Organize and schedule staff shifts effectively.
- Be adaptable, willing to work both day and night shifts.
Qualifications
- A-Level or higher educational qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in an international call center, preferably serving the UK market.
- At least 1 year of experience in a UK-based security company.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
