Job Description

Sehar Foods is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive sales plans aimed at achieving set targets and fostering strong relationships with high-value clients. You will guide sales teams to reach personal and group goals while conducting thorough market research and analyzing sales performance metrics to identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility criteria include 15 years of sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or food sector, with at least 8 years in the oil and ghee industry. Excellent communication skills are essential.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a company car, fuel allowance, and an oil/ghee quota.
