About the Role: In this role, you will serve as the initial point of contact for IT issues, effectively addressing inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems, all while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements: You should have 1-3 years of experience in helpdesk positions, strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and Mac OS, excellent communication abilities, and familiarity with ticketing systems.
