Job Description
H.S PVT LTD is seeking a dedicated Payroll Officer cum HR Officer, with a specialized emphasis on Payroll Management, to join our innovative IT firm. The successful applicant will manage payroll operations for a significant government project, overseeing a workforce of daily wage employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full payroll processing for daily wage employees.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and address discrepancies.
- Assist HR in attendance management and fostering employee relations.
- Enhance and innovate existing payroll systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Up to 1 year of experience in payroll or HR.
- Strong understanding of labor laws in Pakistan.
- Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
