Job Description
EZ MD Solutions is on the lookout for a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer to oversee and maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our medical billing, digital marketing, and software development systems. Key responsibilities include providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, and upholding system security.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, along with proven experience in IT support. A solid understanding of network management and familiarity with HIPAA compliance is essential. Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ will be considered a significant advantage.
This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs37,00.00 to Rs70,00.00. Candidates must be willing to commute to Rawalpindi.
