Job Description

We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for the position of Quality Control Executive within the BPO industry, located in Sharah-e-Faisal, Karachi.

Working Hours: 12 PM – 9 PM (Monday to Friday) | Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM

Compensation: Up to PKR 70,00

Qualifications: Fresh graduates or individuals with an Associate Degree/Graduation, with transcripts available. Preference will be given to candidates with at least 1 year of Quality Control experience; male candidates are preferred.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor calls and chats for SOP compliance, provide constructive feedback to enhance the customer experience, maintain quality control reports, and assist in identifying training needs.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to adapt to changing operational demands.
