Job Description
SEER SOLUTIONS DMCC is looking for a skilled HR and Administration Officer to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate should possess 6-8 years of relevant experience and hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
In this role, you will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, assist with recruitment initiatives, organize training programs, and maintain precise employee records. Additionally, you will be responsible for various office administration tasks, manage communications, and ensure a professional work environment.
Applicants must be fluent in English and Urdu, demonstrate strong proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems, and possess excellent communication skills.
