Job Description
ChaseValue, a prominent leader in the retail industry, is looking for a dedicated Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to strengthen our customer engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers in-store to collect valuable feedback.
- Conduct post-transaction surveys and document findings.
- Collaborate with management to provide actionable insights.
- Professionally address and resolve customer inquiries.
- Monitor and analyze customer satisfaction trends and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
