Job Description

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 35,00 – PKR 40,00 per month
Schedule: Monday – Saturday | 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT
Join ABS International’s dynamic team and take charge of service excellence in our contact center. In this role, you will monitor customer interactions and enhance agent performance during night shifts in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls to ensure quality and compliance
- Provide constructive feedback to agents
- Conduct compliance audits
Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience, proficiency in QA software, an analytical mindset, and availability for night shifts are required.
