*EdgeLine Technologies:*
Join our dynamic team as a calling agent
*Requirements:*
– Fresh graduates or experienced candidates
– Excellent communication skills (English, Urdu)
– Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, etc.)
– Willingness to work night shifts
– Call centre experience is a plus
*Responsibilities:*
– Handle inbound/outbound calls
– Resolve customer queries professionally
– Meet targets and performance goals
– Provide excellent customer service
