Job Description
Lead nationwide sales strategy and manage regional sales teams to exceed revenue targets. Develop and execute account plans, build key customer relationships, and coordinate with marketing and operations to drive growth. Set KPIs, monitor performance, prepare forecasts and budgets, and coach managers to improve results. Travel nationwide to support major accounts and open new markets. Requirements: 5+ years of sales leadership, proven track record in B2B or retail sales, excellent negotiation and communication skills, ability to analyze data and use CRM tools, bachelor’s degree preferred. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and results orientation required.
