Job Description
Star Fabrics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations and enhance people practices. The role includes administering HR policies, managing recruitment and selection, refining hiring processes, monitoring HR metrics (turnover, cost-per-hire), overseeing attendance and payroll, maintaining HRIS and employee records, handling grievances, and conducting exit interviews. The manager will set HR team objectives, review departmental budgets, and ensure timely responses to employee requests.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR (or equivalent) with 8–10 years of HR experience.
- Employment: Full-time, on-site. Salary: Rs100,00–Rs120,00/month.
