Job Description
DYNAMIC SOLUTIONS is seeking a full-time, in-person Telesales Specialist for Media Wolf TV. Schedule: Monday–Friday, nine-hour shift. Responsibilities include engaging referrals, building rapport, presenting product features, closing consultatively, maintaining accurate CRM records, and coordinating with customer support.
- Requirements: strong interpersonal skills, persuasive English, BPO or tech sales experience preferred, familiarity with the U.S. market a plus, and a results-driven, self-motivated attitude.
- Compensation & benefits: competitive salary Rs100,00–Rs200,00/month, performance incentives, paid training, meal and fuel allowances, onsite gym and prayer room, paid leave, referral bonuses, and clear career progression.
