Job Description
Syngenta Crop Protection is seeking a Technical Sales Officer to drive territory revenue through demand generation, channel development, and effective field leadership. The role delivers budgeted sales, maintains forecast accuracy (>80%), conducts product demonstrations and campaigns, manages channel inventory and customer complaints, and expands geographic reach and strategic partnerships. You will lead and coach field officers, allocate resources, and build strong relationships with growers, market vendors, value-chain partners, and local officials.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture (plant breeding, horticulture, agronomy, entomology, soil science, plant pathology, or extension); 2–4 years relevant experience; MBA (Agri) preferred.
