Job Description
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Executive to oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance. Responsibilities include developing HR policies, coordinating payroll and benefits administration, supporting training and development initiatives, and maintaining accurate personnel records. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, has at least 3 years of HR experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with local labor laws and HRIS systems. The role requires exceptional organization, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive matters professionally.
