Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead HR strategy and day-to-day operations. This role oversees talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, compliance, and organizational development. You will mentor and develop the HR team, collaborate with senior leadership to shape culture and lead change, and implement scalable HR policies, systems, and processes to support business growth.
- Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills
