Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Verification Specialist to verify patient insurance, confirm benefits, copays, and eligibility via multiple insurer portals. Responsibilities include maintaining tracking sheets, notifying departments of discrepancies, requesting missing patient information, managing office visit records, calculating no-shows, and responding to patient emails.
- Requirements: detail-oriented, excellent communication and multitasking skills, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: prior billing, customer service, or front desk experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Night shift 6:00 PM–3:00 AM.
- Compensation: Rs70,00–Rs100,00 per month.
