Job Description
Mars BPO seeks a professional Customer Closing Associate for an in-person night shift (7:00 PM–5:00 AM) at 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Rd, near Avari Towers, Civil Lines, Karachi. The role requires verifying customer details, confirming information in our system, and closing qualified leads using polite, confident communication.
- Record call outcomes and maintain daily reports
- Achieve individual performance targets
- Prior call center or sales experience preferred; strong verbal skills welcomed from fresh applicants
