Job Description
We are seeking a professional Counter Service Representative to join our Dolmen Mall Clifton team. This full-time, in-person role includes welcoming customers, accurately entering orders in the POS, promoting offers and upselling, processing cash and card payments, coordinating with the kitchen for timely delivery, resolving basic customer issues, and maintaining a clean counter and dining area.
- Salary: PKR 40,00/month (Bachelor’s: PKR 40,00; Intermediate + restaurant experience: PKR 40,00; Intermediate only: PKR 34,00)
- Benefits: double pay on holidays, overtime, KPI incentives up to 8%, meal allowance PKR 2,600, leave encashment
- Education: Bachelor’s preferred. Experience: 6–12 months preferred.

- Able to Work in a Team

- No Criminal Record
- Good Communication Skills
