Job Description
We are seeking a Product Specialist to own product knowledge, drive adoption, and support the sales organization. You will collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to translate customer needs into practical solutions, deliver product demos and training, gather feedback, and analyze usage data to inform the roadmap. Requirements: 2+ years in product or customer-facing roles, strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and experience with CRM or analytics tools. SaaS experience is preferred.
