Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Qualitative Research Executive to lead end-to-end qualitative studies, from design through delivery. The role includes developing discussion guides, overseeing recruitment and fieldwork, moderating or supervising interviews and focus groups, conducting thematic analysis, and delivering clear, actionable insights to clients.
- Requirements: minimum 5 years’ experience in qualitative market research.
- Proven moderating, analytical, and reporting skills; proficiency with NVivo or Atlas.ti.
- Excellent written and presentation skills, with strong client-facing experience.
- Ability to think strategically, maintain attention to detail, and provide team leadership.
