Job Description
MTBC seeks a QA Lead with 4+ years of experience to lead testing for desktop and web applications in the SOMOS department, Rawalpindi. The role focuses on telecom and billing domains and requires designing test automation using Java, Python, or JavaScript and writing basic SQL queries.
- Strong QA methodologies and test automation experience (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps or GitHub), JIRA, and Agile practices
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation skills, and fluent spoken/written English
- Bachelor’s degree; morning shift; on-site (work-from-office); one position available; open to all genders
