Job Description
We seek a Horticulture Program Officer for a 7-month contract (Dec 2025–Jun 2026) to plan, implement, and monitor horticulture and green infrastructure activities at field sites in Multan. The role requires designing plantations and maintenance protocols, coordinating with nurseries, agricultural departments, and universities, delivering community awareness sessions on climate-smart horticulture, and documenting plant survival, soil data, and biodiversity impacts.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Horticulture, Agriculture, or Forestry.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in plantation, landscaping, or green infrastructure projects; donor-funded program experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong community coordination, field monitoring, and reporting abilities. One position; maximum age 40.
