Job Description
iTech Solutions is currently in search of a driven and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to become a valuable member of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing relevant projects on Upwork, crafting persuasive proposals, and nurturing strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify suitable projects on Upwork and similar platforms.
- Compose compelling proposals tailored to individual clients.
- Engage in effective communication with clients.
- Ensure continuous follow-ups to maintain client relationships.
- Collaborate with the technical team to provide accurate project estimates.
- Meet monthly lead generation targets.
