What You Will Do:
- Professionally manage both inbound and outbound calls
- Provide assistance to customers with inquiries and offer tailored solutions
- Ensure accurate record-keeping in our CRM system
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets
Shift Hours: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM | Monday–Friday
Location: Wapda Town Phase 1 (On-site)
