Job Description
Innovadel Technologies is actively seeking a confident and customer-oriented Receptionist & Beautician. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client interactions, providing detailed information about our salon services, and converting inquiries into bookings to enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with a variety of inquiries.
- Manage phone calls and online inquiries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments using our salon management software.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming reception area at all times.
Requirements: Ideal candidates will have 1 to 3 years of customer service experience, strong communication skills in Urdu, and a professional appearance.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
