Job Description
Indigo Developers is currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to effectively manage and optimize project costs throughout the construction process. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates, monitoring project expenses, administering contracts, and identifying opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed cost estimates covering materials, labor, and equipment.
- Monitor project expenses and enforce cost control measures.
- Oversee contract management and address related challenges.
- Identify and implement strategies for cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possession of a PEC number is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs150,00 – Rs250,00 per month
Location: Lahore, in-person attendance is mandatory.
