Job Description
Indigo Developers seeks a full-time, in-person General Services Officer for the night shift. As the primary guest contact, you will manage check-ins and check-outs, handle calls, messages, and reservations, and coordinate with departments to resolve guest issues promptly.
- Maintain a secure, organized front desk and accurate guest records.
- Provide timely guest updates, compile daily reports, and assist with administrative and scheduling duties.
- Ensure courteous, efficient, and consistent hospitality service in accordance with company standards.
Compensation: Rs40,00–Rs45,00 per month.
