Job Description
Incotec Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to lead regional sales in Islamabad. Applicants should have 3–5 years of sales experience (industrial/manufacturing preferred) and a bachelor’s or master’s degree (BBA/MBA preferred).
Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the business and manage key accounts;
- Negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, prepare monthly reports, and coordinate orders;
- Coach and mentor junior staff to achieve targets.
Requirements: proven sales record, excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills, target-driven and analytical, proficient with MS Office and CRM systems, and own transportation. This is a full-time, in-person role.
