Job Description

I&K Enterprises is seeking a leadership-oriented and strategic Team Lead Pharmacy to drive sales growth and manage our brand presence within the retail pharmacy segment. This is a field-intensive role .

Position Overview

The team lead will be responsible for leading the retail pharmacy segment to ensure brand visibility and volume growth through aggressive field operations. This role requires a leadership-oriented professional to drive market penetration, manage a growing sales team, and execute strategic plans to ensure consistent area-wise sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the retail pharmacy segment to ensure brand visibility and volume growth.
• Drive the induction of new pharmacies into the company network and increase market penetration across assigned territories.
• Lead the expansion of the sales team to cover untapped retail areas.
• Establish and implement clear operational guidelines for the team to ensure standardized sales processes.
• Strategize and execute plans to ensure consistent area-wise sales growth.
• Monitor team performance and implement measures to increase individual and collective productivity.

Knowledge & Skills

• Pharmaceutical Sales Expertise: Proven experience (5–7 years) within the pharmaceutical retail and trade division.
• Analytical Abilities: Capable of analyzing area sales data to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Market Intelligence: Deep understanding of the retail pharmacy landscape and competitor activities.
• Strategic Planning: Ability to develop guidelines and processes for a growing team.

Qualifications

Bachelors (BBA / B.Com / BSc Statistics or equivalent)

Experience

5 – 7 Years in Pharmaceutical Sales
